Garland Insulating is a family business that was started in 1948 by Paul Drum who believed that respect and quality work were requirements for a good business. We incorporated that spirit into Garland Insulating’s mission statement as a reminder of our ultimate goal:

“To Make a Positive Difference in the lives our employees and the people we meet.”

We strive to achieve this goal through excellent customer and community service, employee training, participation in industry organizations and a “family” culture.

We believe in upholding human dignity, which means showing respect to our customers and employees. We make sure that our customers are provided with the information they need to make a well informed decision and feel confident about the improvements to their home. Our consultations are followed by our equally considerate team of installers, bringing in only quality products and carefully adhering to the best installation practices.

Employee knowledge and training is the reason why the Garland Insulating team is able to provide a high level of customer service. Our employees are active in several industry organizations and go through expert training and certifications programs. All four of our locations have achieved HPIP Platinum Certification and we have worked with RESNET on their latest pilot program to help train and educate insulation contractors.

Our focus on customer service and education helps us make a positive difference in our employees and customers lives, but we also believe in making a positive change for our community at large. Our work within the industry has given us many opportunities to make a positive difference in communities throughout Texas. We have done everything from donating labor and materials to organizations like: Extreme Green Homes and the Monarch School to showing our support for causes like the Black Tie Dinner through sponsorship. We are lucky to be part of an organization with a mission statement that we can all get behind.
