The Monarch School is dedicated to providing an innovative, therapeutic education to kids with neurological differences such as Autism, Asperger’s, Tourette, and many others. The General Contractor, Tend Building, is seeking to be the first Living Building Challenge certification in the state of Texas. GreenFiber cellulose insulation was specifically chosen due to it’s health and safety advantages along with the low net-energy content and energy efficiency advantages.
